Sox 4, Kansas City 0

Three games, Sox 17, Royals 1. That is how it is supposed to work. Note to Ozzie Guillen: rig the rotation so that Javier Vazquez faces the Royals as much as possible.

A humdrum day at the plate; the Royals handed the Sox their runs with walks, hit batsmen, and wild pitches. Only Juan Uribe earned the Sox a run, but he couldn't compete with Jermaine Dye for ERV Player of the Game. By the way,
I told you not to be worried about Scott Podsednik (2-3 today).

Very quietly, Bobby Jenks is coming around. He's 6 for 6 in save opportunities, and he had a big positive ERV today because Cotts really made a mess of the 9th inning.
